As an art consultant and the founder of Fine Art by Day, Winifred Day has successfully completed over 200 projects for corporate clients since 1986. Her background combines knowledge of fine art, education, and business administration.

Ms. Day completed her B.A. in Education from Northeastern University in Boston, and additional studies in Business Administration at New York's Cornell University. Appointed by the Mayor of the City of Oakland, Ms. Day was a Cultural Affairs Commissioner from 1993-1998. As an exhibit representative for the San Francisco Museum of Fine Arts, over the last eight years, Winifred has assisted in educating the greater Bay Area to fine art from around the world. Additionally, she participates as a juror for state and local commission and award competitions and is a Junior Achievement volunteer.

Her established relationships with a diverse mix of artists, brokers, dealers, galleries, framers, and installers, allow all projects to receive customized attention. Additional consulting specialists are available on an individual project basis. Fine Art by Day is a member of the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
